Munshii processes fleet operational data on behalf of the fleet owner: vehicle telemetry, trips, fuel, expenses, and user accounts. We do not sell personal data. We do not publish customer metrics without written permission.

Account data (name, email, company) is used to operate the product and respond to demo requests. You may request deletion of your account data by writing to hello@munshii.in.

Telemetry stays in the tenant that owns the vehicles. Design-partner trucks are operated with explicit permission; ActiveHQ does not own those vehicles.
